Dwelling Fire

An explosion that takes place in a dwelling, other structure, or in a structure containing covered personal property will be covered.

Regarding the peril of fire that will be covered, the loss must be the result of a hostile fire- a fire that was not intentional and not contained with its intended boundaries, unlike friendly fire( such as a fireplace).

If a friendly fire escapes these boundaries and causes damage to other properties, the fire would then be considered a hostile fire and will be covered by the insurance property.
